TANAH publishes projects for sale and looks after anyone who enquires: we answer their questions, show them the documentation the advertiser gives us and stay with them until signing. We are not a party to the deal, we sign for nobody and we never touch the money: the buyer pays the seller directly.
We charge the buyer nothing. Our income is the commission the advertiser pays when they sell to a buyer we brought them, according to their plan, plus their monthly fee if they have one. The terms are in Advertiser terms.
The details of each listing — price, area, titles, permits, yield — are supplied by the advertiser and we do not verify them one by one. Before paying anything, check the paperwork with a licensed notaris/PPAT. Our guide explains how.
The verified badge only means we have seen that professional's licence. It is not a guarantee about any property or any deal.
When a listing shows a yield figure, it is the one the advertiser declares, usually gross and before costs, taxes or the end of the lease. It is neither our forecast nor investment advice.
The site's texts and design are ours. The photos and documents in each listing belong to its advertiser, who is responsible for having the right to publish them. Maps are by OpenStreetMap and its contributors.
