What you get, what we charge and how to leave whenever you want: listing is free, commission is owed only on the buyers we bring you, and there is no exclusivity.
You publish your projects on TANAH and we look after anyone who enquires through the portal: we explain the paperwork, show them your documentation, take them to see the plot and arrange the notaris appointment. You sign the sale and the money always goes to your account: we are not a party to it.
Listing costs nothing. Commission is owed only on deals we bring you, notified in writing with a reference and a date and which you do not reject within 72 hours with earlier proof. On what you sell on your own or through another agency, nothing.
The percentage depends on your plan and is shown in your panel and on the three ways to be here. It is born once the buyer signs before the notaris and makes you the FIRST PAYMENT OF THE SCHEDULE: neither the reservation deposit nor the paperwork checks trigger anything. It is transferred in full, 100%, within the 7 days after that payment. There is no exclusivity: this agreement does not touch the way you sell.

The free plan has no fee, asks for no card and does not expire: your listing stays published for as long as the project is for sale.
Fees are monthly and charged in advance by card through Stripe. The price you join at is the price you keep paying even if we change our rates.
If a payment fails you have 7 days to sort it. After that your listings are paused — they stop showing, but nothing is deleted and they come back as soon as you pay.
Whenever you want, from your own panel, without calling anyone or explaining yourself. You stay published until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months.
That what you publish is real and for sale, that you have the right to advertise it and to use the photos, and that the price and paperwork are the actual ones. We may take down a listing that fails this, and close the account if it is deliberate.
We do not promise a number of enquiries or sales. We give you the place, the visibility and the stats so you can see what works; selling depends on your property and your price.
