What we keep, what for, and how to delete it. Short version: we keep the minimum and we sell nothing to anyone.

We keep your name, email, phone if you give one, your message and your timeframe. We do it because you asked us to by filling in the form.
We pass those details to that listing's advertiser, which is the whole point of the form: so they call you. From there that advertiser answers for what they do with them. We give them to nobody else and we sell nothing.
We keep them while the deal is alive and up to three years after, in case of a claim. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
We count visits on our own server and without cookies. No Google Analytics, no third-party tools, so nothing follows you around afterwards.
For each visit we keep the page, where you came from, the language and whether you were on a phone. We do not store your IP address: it is mixed with your browser, the date and a key of ours, and only an irreversible summary is kept, which changes every day.
Two, and both are needed for the site to work: one remembers whether you prefer English or Spanish, and the other keeps you signed in if you are an advertiser. Neither is used for advertising.
We keep your account and listing data because there is a contract between us. Your password is not stored: we keep a digest from which the original cannot be recovered.
Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card details never pass through our server: we neither see nor store them.
To be told what we hold, to have it corrected, deleted, limited, or handed to you in a file to take elsewhere. Write to [email de contacto] and we answer within a month at the latest.
If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
